We want you to try the service without risk. Here is how the free trial, refunds and cancellation work.
7-day free trial
Every new account starts with 7 free days on the Starter plan. Nothing is charged during that period. If you do not want to continue, cancel before the trial ends from the subscription portal.
Refunds within 7 days
You can ask for a full refund of a subscription within 7 calendar days of its first charge. This applies to monthly and annual plans.
After 7 days
After that, charges are not refundable, including the remaining value of annual plans. When you cancel, the subscription stays active until the end of the period already paid and is not renewed.
How to ask
Use the contact form with the Billing topic and the e-mail of your account. The amount goes back to the same card within 10 business days of approval; when it shows on your statement depends on your bank.
Your instances
A refund cancels the subscription and stops your instances. Export your workflows before asking for a refund.
