Access n8n and the initial password
Where to find your instance address and how to sign in the first time.
Address
On the instance page, click Open n8n. Without your own domain the address is generated automatically (as IP.sslip.io), already on HTTPS.
First sign-in
The n8n owner user is your e-mail. The initial password is generated with the instance: on the Overview tab, click Show password. After signing in, change the password in n8n personal settings.
Security
Only the instance owner (or an administrator) can see the initial password, and every reveal is logged.
