Plans, free trial and refunds
How the trial, monthly or annual billing and refunds work.
Free trial
Every account starts with 7 free days on the Starter plan. A card is needed to create your first instance; without one, the subscription is cancelled when the trial ends.
Plans
Starter: up to 3 instances. Professional: up to 10 instances and bigger sizes. Enterprise: custom. Every plan has unlimited workflows and executions.
Monthly or annual
The annual plan costs less than twelve months. Change plans from the Pricing page; the difference is prorated. Invoices, card and cancellation are under Billing → Manage subscription.
Refunds
You can ask for a full refund within 7 days of the first charge. The details are in the Refund Policy.
